Piusi BIG 10x3/4” hose reel

The Hosereel with hose 10 x ¾” BIG model automatic drum is offered with a fuel hose included. Designed and manufactured by the Italian concern Piusi, which supplies fuel pumping equipment to hundreds of countries around the world.

Application area

The fuel hose reel of the modification in question with a 10-meter hose is installed on gasoline tankers and fuel dispensing modules used for refueling diesel equipment and pumping diesel fuel in places where the length of the standard 4-meter pressure hose is insufficient.

Completeness

The fuel dispensing unit consists of:

• a drum with a mechanism for automatic winding of the filling hose;
• a bracket for installing the reel on any surface in different positions convenient for work;
• a special device that provides even winding and protection against accidental falling of the hose;
• an armored gasoline and oil resistant pressure hose with an internal diameter of ¾ inch (19 mm) with a nozzle-fitting for mounting the filling tap.

An angular coupling with an internal thread is wound on the axis of the fuel hose reel for joining with the pressure line.

Additionally: a swivel support is installed at the request of the customer for quick change of the unwinding direction of the hose.
